Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery

Tours are available through Resy. They are guided by Joshua Hinchman – the principle cider maker. They last about two hours as Josh explains the history of Seminary Orchard, their organic practices, varieties of apples and pears, cider making process, and much more. It is followed by a cider tasting in the cathedral like tasting room with spectacular and breathtaking views of the Delaware River and valley. 

Local farm to table fare is prepared by chef Jack Tippet and assistant chef Rahjel Smith. Their menu is carefully planned to pair with their cider for a truly uplifting culinary experience. The entire staff is dedicated to making your experience memorable. They are patient and ready to guide you towards the ideal cider style you desire.
